This is a very concise synopsis of the information provided from the last meeting.

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM
Present were:
            George Bold
            Alan Jankowski
            Larry Boyd
            Ron Abshier
Absent were:
            Jerry Moore
            Clancy Terrill
            Ken Milam
The treasurer’s report was read and approved.
A motion to automatically renew the $5000 Certificate of Deposit at Llano National Bank every quarter was approved.
There was a discussion about changing the monthly general meetings to quarterly. It was agreed to wait until more board members were in attendance to decide.
The new ad for the Lakes & Hills booklet was approved.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 PM.

LBCC General meeting minutes – Nov. 20, 2007

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM

The Minutes from the last meeting were read and approved.
The treasurer’s report was read and approved.
The new ad for the Lakes & Hills booklet was shown to all members.
It was announced that Ron Abshier, George Bold, Larry Boyd and Ken Milam whose terms expire at the end of 2007 will all stand for reelection. Alan Jankowski nominated all four.
Nominations from the floor were requested, but none were offered.
Leah Manning presented a program updating the group on the status of the LCRA/SAWS (San Antonio Water System) project study. There were many questions on this complex subject.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
