guides for purchase of striper fry

Providing building rent free for Casino Night As partial compensation
we will add his Lube Center as a business on web site.
Selling Tables at the Casino Night.
Free Table for the Lube Center at Casino Night.
All approved
Allen received approx 20 donations. He is covering Burnet, Kingsland,
Marble Falls and Buchanan Dam.
Debbie Alexander - Llano
Looking for some help for gathering donations.
Watch for number of prizes and make sure they know we intend to return
for Fish Fry later in the year.
LCRA is donating $1000 to advertise Fish Restocking, we have not received
it yet but has been promised.

end of the month
Allocated an advertising budget - $2000.

Double D BBQ and LBCC will be sponsoring Casino Night on March 31st
from 6 to 10 PM.
Double D BBQ will do the food and collect all food receipts.
LBCC will collect from the gambling, Silent Auction and door prizes.
Door prizes collected by Allen Jankowski & Debbie Alexander.
Looking for someone to help with the east side of lake and Burnet.
Rick Szukalla volunteered to do east side and Burnet.
Debbie Alexander selling tables for $50.
Asked about phone number on Brochure, it will be removed on future editions.
Advertising for Casino night starting next month.

Lake Access Plan
Henry Parker - Burnet and Llano county interlocal agreements are approved.
Approval received from state for modifying the boat ramp at Blackrock
County Park
LCRA promised $1000 for advertising.
Ken Milam – Planning an LCRA Media Day to try to get people to
the lake.
Radio/TV/newspaper get on Guide Boats.
Next month LCRA will be here to address Encroachment.
Discussion on future program ideas.
New business - Keo Fish farm will be receiving brood fish. March 3.
